A national non-profit industry association needed to refine its image, solidify its position in the energy sector, and define clear business objectives to drive growth and member engagement.

Our approach

We led a strategy engagement that focused on close collaboration with the organization’s leadership and board of directors. Using a human-centered approach, we conducted stakeholder interviews, facilitated a board strategy session, and worked with the core team to clarify direction. Together, we developed actionable strategies, explored new revenue opportunities, and refined the organization’s positioning, while also restructuring its communications approach to strengthen engagement and elevate its public profile.
